Hi anybody know if they can survive in freshwater? Thanks!
Damn, of all the places I have been searching for these guys, I found it at a hair salon at Orchard Hotel!!
You guys remember how some shops used to carry them in an enclosed glass sphere?
I remember I used to keep them back when I was studying in the states and they lived for like 4 to 5 years in that enclosed sphere with no feeding or water change. However, apparently that was not really good for the shrimps. The one I saw at the hair salon was in a normal container though and it was set up quite nicely.
You can read up about them here. http://www.petshrimp.com/hawaiianredshrimp.php
Here's a picture I took of one of the setup.
