    Hi Guys

Can you pls share with me the progress of the abv-mentioned plant?

Bought mine during Aquarama and the progress in my tank is really sucks!

First, cant get them to creep. Tend to grow upwards to the light.

Second, the leaves are not as big as seen in the display plant from Tropica.

    Planted them in my 2ft with 2 x 36w x 10 hrs a day. Co2 abt 1 bbs.

Since their growth are so lousy, algae and green water have actually conquer the tank.

Attached is pic from Tropica. Isnt beautiful??

Check your tank's light source. It demands lots of lights (Hopefully yours is under the light) and the temperature shouldn't be too high. Another thing to note is that it very slow growing thus it can be easily overwhelmed by algae. BTW its a very difficult plant to grow.

    Thanks Sleepy,

Really believe 72w shud be enuough for a 2ft. Did suspect that temp might be the cause since tht tank was always doin at 28 and abv.

Now am floating them in my 3ft which is much cooler and hope the plants will prosper.

Just hope to hear forumers who is still growin them to compare notes.
