Had this plant for quite some time liao. Now that is is growing up big, would like to find out how to propagate this plant. Do I cut off the top and plant it? The bottom stem should sprout out more shoots right? Any advise is welcomed

One choice is to wait for baby shoot to grow from the side....but cutting the main stem will encourage the new shoot to form, much faster and bigger....IMO.

Thanks guys, I already did both. Cut the tall one into 2 and planted the s tems back. Also managed to find a small stem sprout by the side and planted it too This plant is very nice as it does not amass its vertical height fast. Perfect for my 1.5ft tank!!!

Sorry I know its off topic but does anyone know other stem plants, non creepers, that are like the lobelia? Small , slow growing

Nana's gotta be tied to wood and the crypts can get kinda of big

    You can try:
    - Alternanthera reineckii
    - Hygrophila corymbosa "kompact"

    These are very nice plants.
