Hi, i am currently keeping ottos and i really enjoy watching them.
Besides the pitbull plecos, are there any other small plecos that are herbivores?
Also, have they been sighted recently at any LFS? do share if you have noticed!
    thanks a million!

There's another small one, Perotocinclus cf. spilosoma, that comes as contaminant with P. jumbo (pitbulls) that is similar sized and behaves the same way, eats the same etc.

All other small Parotocinclus, Hypotopoma etc. will be something to look out for.

It's hard to find pure herbivorous pleco actually or not sure if there is any as even the purest herbivores will accept carcass in the wild.
Peckoltia sp are omnivores and they are commonly found in our LFS.
Dwarf Panaque (Panaqolus) is another genus that you may want to explore, as they are algae and wood eater primarily but stay on the small side as compared to the bigger Panaque.
