For me it was most of yesterday and today so resorted to a vpn hence I could post.
Just come off the vpn a few moments ago and can now post/browse the forum.
yesterday night no problem.
see profile view of my post (only a few yesterday) and have a see if it is the same time.

take that as a one off since only you have issues.
if you want to dig.... start with your machine before calling starhub to complain. Since starhub have SOP tests before can escalate to backend.
