I just got myself afew long tail guppies. My last check was at 2am all was ok. Then when I check them again at 8am the long beautiful fin splinted with some parts missing.
Is it fin rot or stress or another fish attacking?

    Very sad.

Come to think of it, I'm quite certain is attacked. Their rear fins look like a hi five hand now. Like a fighting fish after a fight. Cannot be over night split right?

At this point a female passed on. The male with the very ragged tail has almost no tail. I have shifted him out. Salt and Medi with air. Water is old frOm tank. Will go get test kit.
