Is that mini fissiden? You plant them in the soil?

Wow....I thought it was a custom made cabinet.

Are those mini Fissiden tied? Or they are growing naturally spreading all around the soil?

    Bro newlife :
So called naturally planted in soil but the mini fissiden only cling on some soil... At first they will tend to float up so i had to push them deeper... (waste my fissiden).. so few weeks later those fissiden inside the soil die off (i assume) and cling on the soil.... i didn't tie them to anything..

Bro Rexxer: maybe you can try use ceremic ring hold them down(save fissiden) let them "rooted" 1st but not sure will they cling on CR or soil... *i haven't try before*

Bro leefhker: let me go back search and PM you the link... think is from other forumers idea... but he is using foam board, i am using thin wooden board.

Bro Alvinchan80: haha u also afraid that the chiller will be too hot for the hamster so put a mini tower fan...1stly can create vendilation 2ndly can blow away the hot air from the hamster...

By the way,any suggestion on the aglae??should i buy yamato shrimp..will yamato snatch food with the smaller shrimps??

    Great DIY cabinet!

For those wanting to 'plant' fissidens on the substrate, try DSM with chopped up fissidens. The plant should be rooted after 2-3 weeks.
