1ppm makes no difference dude. just turn the needle valve open a little more. it's ok even you get 20-25ppm. Healthy level.
as above how to measure? or how to adjust to get exact raise in 1ppm? If i get 19ppm now how to adjust so to get 20?

Resistance is futile, you will be administrated!
Very hard to be that accurate. you can only aim for a range. If you are using a needle valve, then just turn it a bit more... something like 1mm... then measure pH again in about an hour.
If you have a bubble counter, then maybe increase by 1/4. E.g. if you now have 20 bubbles per 10 seconds, then adjust until you get 25 bubbles per 10 seconds.

May i know why you need to be that accurate?
As long as it is in the healty range of 20ppm to 30ppm. It will be fine for both the plants and the fish.
no la cos seems very difficult to judge how much to inject., If the answer is roughly then I know how to do it already. Thks all
