Mini powerhead

Hi guys, I've been looking for a mini powerhead that has the rotating function thingy, something like this? (taken from aquatics online). Was thinking of using it as a wavemaker for the plants.



Been to a few shops and they dont have it.. . Any help is appreciated!

Why not just get wavemaker?

Its for a 1ft cube . a wavemaker gonna turn it into a washing.machine i used to be able to get a set off from a malaysian lfs but it closed down recently

I am not sure if the model you talking about is Eden 218.

Nah, as long its a small powerhead. I happen to love the self rotating design since it can distribute flow equally. Thanks for the heads up!

if any small powerhead will do, c328 have small oceanfree powerhead for around $10

it's base on what you want to achieve from a regular power head as above. i use it for surface skimming and gravel cleaner as well. the key is to modify a bit and a piece.

for the rotating function, will it rotate automatically? seems like have a rotor inside,like standing fan. if you study some nano reef tank, IOS tank especially, the outlet is a power head as well, but extended with a simple "ellipse" mouth in order to create wave and certain degree of fanning effect.
