If I'm not wrong, the fish could be boehlkea fredocochui. Check the fish's pict to satisfy yourself whether this is the right fish u saw at the lfs.

b. fredcochui is known as the blue tetra, and it's not yellow, no line
i suspect you could have seen an amelanistic version of the neon tetra

yellow chinese algae eater ? i think that's known as albino loach even though it has black eyes.
Went down today, and they definitely look like cardinals / neons.
But just to confirm, anyone else saw them?
