Heyy guys, notice some white fluffy things growing on mydriftwood... What is that? Never have I encounter such problems int other tanks...

Its in my newly setup aquarium ,no lifestock at all...

    Is it a problem??
is it is... How do I treat it?

Every thing in the aquarium is brand new... Still cycling it~

    Re: cotton wool??

This is common in a new cycling tank. It's just mold growing because there are no bacteria around yet to compete with the mold for nutrients.
Leave it alone, it'll disappear after sometime. You can try removing it physically after a few weeks and it should not return if your tank is properly cycled.
