Newbie tiger barb keeper

Good day. New to this great hobby. Currently, keeping various species of barbs, tigers, green, platinum and albino in a 2foot. Looking forward to sharing and learning here.

A school of female Rosy Barbs in a 4ft tank would be nice. Although these are called Rosy Barbs, their bodies have the colour of small gold bars which are very attractive in a green sparsely planted tank.

The males are reddish in colour. Only the females look like gold bars. But since they are very active fish, they are not suitable for small 2ft tanks. But they are very very cheap. Perhaps that's the reason they are not popular. These fish really deserve to be called Goldfish.
