So I went up to my pond where all the culls and whatever other random fish go to collect some Salvinia for the snails to munch on and also to collect abit of green water. Much to my surprise though.. I found this..

I believe this originated from a lone Moscow/full black female which I got from an LFS sometime ago and eventually banished to the pond. No idea who the male parent is. The pond has a lot of platy/molly (no idea what they are.. my father likes buying packets of red feeders to throw into the pond for colour), many different strains of guppy, feeder goldfish, etc.. It doesn't get any WC until the rain causes the pond to overflow into the drainage. Plants growing everywhere.

The male in the above picture looks like a black moscow with a decent shaped delta caudal. The top of the caudal is not as sharp as the bottom. Hardly show quality, but still quite nice considering it grew up in the murky pond of green water. Body size is very small compared to usual black moscows. Probably didn't get a lot to eat in the pond. Eyes are completely black with no silver irids. Time to go upstairs and look for a suitable black female for him..

    What do you guys think?

Haha. Hard to find more of them in the pond. Water is too green to see properly and moreover, the base of the fiberglass pond is black. Anyway yesterday was too hot..! I didn't camp there long enough. Lol. Maybe today, after work, I'll camp at my pond for a suitable female.
