Is my Cichlids pregnant ?

Hi All,

I have no experience in breeding Cichlids and would like to know whether this fish is pregnant or just fat ...
If pregnant, can i still move it out to another tank ?

It is dead... The body starts to rot and even the eyes also bloated up... I read on some Internet and saw there is a kind of disease call the bloated disease.. not sure whether this Cichlid got it... but it is gone now.
