Just a simple 1ft tank with sponge filter/bare bottom/ java moss bush.

Lucky to have a male which is very 'flashy'. Always around the front of the tank

Yup, easier for me to siphon when I do WC. In fact, most of the tanks are bare bottom with just a sponge and cave. I think if you put too many things into an Apisto tank, you won't get to see the fish But then each fish is different, some are more 'outgoing' like this Mamore even though the entire tank is filled with moss.
