    Hi bros,

I just bought a bag of 10x Orange Shrimps from C328.

My experience is only in Sakuras. The Orange Shrimps look exactly like my Sakuras, but of course the colour is Orange-yellow.

May I know what's the difference between Orange and Sakura shrimps, in terms of their care, breeding etc. Please let me know if you have any advice too.

    Thanks!

I never have much success in orange shrimp compared to sakura. I think orange shrimp is longer in shape than sakura. I tried once few years ago and gave up on orange shrimp because it didn't maintain the color and tend to change to some ugly color..haha

If I am not wrong, there is a difference between Orange neocaridinal and Sunkist shrimp. One of them breeds only in brackish water.

Difference between Orange and Sakura Shrimps

If it looks like a Neocaridina, ie a Sakura, it can breed in freshwater. The sunkist that requires brackish water looks distinctly different, closer to long nose shrimp.
