    1.5 Feet not much selection:

    T5HO :

    1) odyssea T5 light 50cm and above (2X18W): It will hang out a bit, never try but should be ok

    2) Aquazonic T5 light 45cm (2X16W): Was using but don't find it good...plants did not response well to it... still have my old set will let go for a token fee

    LED:

    1) BEAMSWORK Power LED 1300 (18W) 45cm: Low light-medium light plants should be ok here

    2) BEAMSWORK Power LED 300 (55x0.06W) 45cm: low light plants

    3) UP-Aqua Pro-LED Light Set (H245): Heard good things about it but never seen it in action

    4) Ada aquasky 45 cm (45x0.4W): Currently using it no regret... plants blubbing and stay red only price is issue

To get rough pricing check the online stores eg mizu world, fishy business and fresh and marine (a lot of light with stated prices)

actually hang on is nicer then clip on. Since the lights are more evenly spread out.
