foam for HMF filter

hi guys, i was wondering which shop sells those foams that can be used for HMF style filtration? any idea how much it costs? any help is appreciated.

You can use those 1inch thick black sponge sold at most LFS. I believe C328 will have. I got mine from Y618, and Pasir Ris farm, and Seaview.
The package has a Koi or arowana picture on it. I can't rememer the exact price and size but is around 10 dollars for 20" by 20" thereabout.

You can also get those cheaper ones of smaller size but thickness is the same.

I use the ocean free brand one since its thickness seems to fit the bill but I did read somewhere that it isn't as good as the one they're using overseas. Works fine for me though.

thanks for the replies guys. Just managed to get the OF foam from aunty's @ C328. Set it up and now waiting for results.
