saw a website on a pic of a underwater view of the Amazon river and was fascinated, hoping to recreate it, but have a few questions.

on the leaf litter of the river, what kind of leaves can i get??? any type also can? will it harm the fish??? or must get Ketapang leaves. i am hoping to get a good pH range of 6.3-6.8.

The leaves will rot after a few days.

If you think picking ketapang leaves is not easy, a normal driftwood will leach the same tannin into the water. Just boil it once with hot water to rid anything harmful and then just dump it in the water. I think your amazon biotope will feature alot of driftwood too right?

    Cheers

Here's a link to the photos you were probably talking about... http://www.finarama.com/gallery/amano.htm

Just a quick search on Google with the words "Amazon photos amano takashi"... less then 5 mins.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
