Is my water parameter ok?

NO3 - 10
NO2 - 0
GH more than 4'd less than 7'd
KH more than 0'd less than 3'd
PH 6.4 or less
CL2 should be 0 cause i purely use "Life" distilled water to change water since start up of the tank.
No TDS meter so can't measure.

Temp 26 degree. Not using any CO2 tank. Lighting on for around 8-10hrs.

Recently shrimp start dying one by one.. Few days one pass away be it small or adult. Parameter should be ok but not sure what went wrong.

Keep Fire red and CRS...

gH and kH kinda high, try to reduce them alittle.

Water parameters seems ok for neocaridina but GH a bit high for CRS.

Do you have plants? Do you aerate the tank? Post picture and setup information so other members can give advice

How mature is the tank and what filtration are you using? Tank size?
A tank picture would be helpful too

My plant mini fissiden, christmas moss, german seaweed,moss ball and hornwort...
Using Matrix filter with rainbar fitting and a HOF at the back.
Inside filter i have cotton,biohome plus,bio ball and ceramic ring. HOF (biohome plus)
Live stock: Firered,Sakura & CRS, 1 otto and inside the breeder box will be 4 mosquito rasbora.
Stone has done test no fizzy bubble. Driftwood bought from aquarium shop.
Substrate use is red gex soil.
Fortnightly water change with top up of "LIFE" distilled water with added mosura product like rich water,shizhen.
Left side of the tank at the back has one mineral rock - "BORNEOWILD SHRIMP SUPPLEMENT - MINEROCK".(cos i using distilled thinking that there will be no mineral)
2 air stone for filtration, 1 of it with the sponge on top of the air stone.
Chiller - Hailea HC-150A set at 26 degree NOT using external probe.
Light: 2ft T5HO (4 tube)
Tank: Five plan 2 ft fish tank
Food: BORNEOWILD SHRIMP FOOD - GROW

Please advise.

Around Sept - Oct 2012... Gex soil is brand new from shop not 2nd hand.

One more crs pass away, i have remove the mineral rock as the instruction say will increase gh and kh if i remember correctly...

I have the same kinds of lifestock as you, abet in a smaller 1.5ft tank and am using mosura soil with my chiller set at 24 degrees. I too experienced deaths now and then, but especially from molting. Somehow, the molts will fail and the shrimp dies. My GH is 5. I'm not endorsing the products but after i used the benibachi zero alpha tile and fulvic grains, the deaths stopped. 2 of my CRS got berried and plant growth has improved. I cannot be too sure if the tank has 'matured' or it was really the work of the tile and fulvic grains.
