You may need to let it sit for awhile because of emerse and submerse growth condition result in different look.

Oh, I see. Didn't know that crypts when emerse & submerse will also change it's form.

all plants do some noticeable and some not.
Also, Cryptocoryne will melt first before it re-grow again. it is quite standard with everytime you move the crypts. in my opinion, crypts are difficult plant to begin and often crypt tank attract algae first. they grow slow ma. good luck lor
