    The one in front is a barb, looks like puntius partipentazona, the one behind is a little faint, looks like iriantherina werneri.

    Yep, should be the five-banded tiger barb (Systomus partipentazona), more commonly seen being sold as feeders, compared to the tiger barb and its many fancy varieties (Systomus tetrazona).
    Small is beautiful.
