    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantis_shrimp

Mostly people will treat mantis shrimp as a pest and will remove them. Although the peacock mantis is very attractive, mostly mantis shrimp are "very aggressive and typically solitary sea creatures spend most of their time hiding in rock formations or burrowing intricate passageways in the sea bed. They either wait for prey to chance upon them or, unlike most crustaceans, at times they hunt, chase, and kill prey." Wikipedia.
So most people will get rid of them, good luck on mating and breeding them.
