Could it be insufficient lighting as well? You might want to state your soil, fert dosing schedule and light amount/day. It might help to diagnose the problem you're facing.

Actually those trimmings wouldn't have a problem in tank, and may be just adapting to the trimming and replanting process you subjected them to.

    Thanks for reply.
But the problem is that is grown to about 15 cm tall and the leaves colour looks awlful and im thinking of pulling all the H.m out and replant in a regular spacing, perhaps 1cm apart.
    Any suggestion,thanks

V30 is P and N free, do you dose separately, how big is your tank, what soil are you using? base fert?

i have a similar problem earlier on, slightly yellowish /translucent leaves.
    it could be potassium deficiency?

but now my HM are growing at quite a good rate.
maybe i can share with you the water parameters i keep them in

    ph 6.4
    gh 12-14
    kh 5
    temp 26c
    lighting: 2 x 24W T5 , 8hr period.
    co2: slightly more than 1bps
soil: ada new amazonia normal size granules and top layer with powder granules
only dose seachem potassium 1/4 cap after every wc

i planted them in groups of 5 stalks, about 2cm apart between each groups

    regular trimming every week

Just jumping onto the wagon - does HM require high nitrates?
