My current setup is from my sakura tank.. I have co2 around 3-4bubbles per second and my lighting is DIY led using 3w 700ma x15pieces on around 9hlours with 2break in-between. So im not sure why is wrong now and my temp is always below 27.5 as i have chiller. Why my riccia having brown patch and not pearling and even the easiest to keep spiky moss also turning brown? Any advice from the pro here?

something not right, ADA amazonia should not give you pH 7.8 unless you add coral chip. I saw both CO2 and air pump working together. My guess your tank lack of CO2.
