I have been planting UG emersed in my paludarium with the water level at the brim of the substrate. The substrate is New Amazonia

However, they have been melting at an insane pace. The morning it will look fine and at night it is reduced to a dark green gooey mush.

It cannot be co2 or lighting problems because it is grown emersed
So I think it is the water.

I read on forums that liquid carbon kills UG. I dose Borneo Wild Growth and EI ferts consisting of

Macro Micro Nutrient Mix is composed of equal parts of potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate, Plantex CSM + Boron, and magnesium sulfate.
Plantex CSM + B is composed of 1.50% magnesium, 0.10% chelated copper, 7.0% chelated iron, 2.0% manganese, 0.06% molybdenum, 0.40% zinc, 0.04% boron.

Any idea which is the cause of this melt? My UG is from the tropica 1-2 grow series and it's costing me haha

Thanks alot for any help rendered
