You should separate them as the adult guppies will eat the fries.
As of the food for the fries, you can try the spirulina powder.

You can feed them microworms, BBS, spirulina flakes etc. Anything that can fit in their mouths.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
hehe, i crush flake food into dust form... they loves them...
I did not separate them as i have a lot of hiding place for them to hide... guppy mum will chase them once in a while though but never see her eat any of them yet...

I used to feed my guppy fries all sort of foods, when I still have them. I feed them egg yolk paste, daphnia or BBS. As they grow bigger, I occasionally feed them tubi. Most of the time with fine pellet.
I feed my guppy fry tubifex worms and hikari first bites
They prefer the worms more though
Current tank : 2ft / Bogwood with plants / 7 cherry barbs / 1 C.pandas / 4 C.Sterbais / 3 C.Trillineus / 4- AFR fries ; 3 AFR adults (2 males 1 female) / 1 nerite snail
Forgot to add that I have two batches of fry- the batch fed mainly on live worms with hikari first bites grew faster than those fed mainly on dry food

Thank you for the offer SirBest, I don't need spirulina right now since I feed my guppies fries with frozen daphnia.
Thank you for the generous offer bro sirbest. I thought of feeding my hatch baby brine shrimp with spirulina but now I bought frozen brine shrimp for my fishes.
I wonder if guppy fry can be sold to LFS .... in certain fish forums, they seemed to accept it.
My guppy fry population just increased by 15 a few minutes ago when I went to check .... have now a problem of excessive babies :P
For the friends of AQ who have excessive guppy fry , what do you normally do with them ?
I do not mind giving them away to another serious fellow hobbyist but I heard that guppy fry are raised to be fed - poor things!
sgguppy.com webpage seemed to be hacked
