Cloudy Water

Hi guys, I have a cloudy water problem here. I think its due to overfeeding of bbs. I just changed 50% of water yesterday but it still remains murky. I just changed another 10% of water two hours ago. I have since reduced the amount of bbs being fed to the apistos.

Three questions:
a) If I keep changing 10% of water everyday, will it affect my apisto fries?
b) Will changing water everyday helps to remove the cloudy water effect?
c) Whats the best solution to this problem without harming the fries?

Currently, the best solution for me is to add in charcoal in the filteration system. Helps remove cloudiness and also any other bad smell...
