Tetra Colour pro has given me good results. I've also heard that New Life Spectrum food promotes more intense colouration

Bloodworn is an excellent food but you will never know there are many parasites that cause your fishes alot of problems.

Choose pellets which has high contents of proteins like 45% to 55% that will promote colour, bigger "kok head", health and more active. The rest is secondary.

    hope this will help.
    cheers

Depends on what fish you have. For tetra, well.. like the brand says "tetra pro colour " bits is fine.

On the other end of the spectrum..I heard people extend loving tender care to their delicated discus by preparing and feeding them beef heart, vegetable, live blood worms, etc on alternate days.

The list is endless for the prized red arowana!

that is why you need to control the feeding of raw meat to minimise water fouling. frequent water change may be necessary. in fact, excessive feeding of any kind will foul the water to a certain degree.

For colour enhancing, it has to be New Life Spectrum. It doesn't use hormones or "artificial" ingredients, all ingredients used are said to be "natural".

The light orange colour on my koi swords turned very deep orange and the colour of my tiger platies and furgatas also became very intense after feeding them NLS. How fast it colours up depends on the species of fish. You have to try it to believe the results. It's EXCELLENT!!

You can purchase them at Petmart, Polyart and C328.
