I was just curious whether or not some brands of chemicals are better than other brands? My LFS carries mostly TopFin products, so that is what I am currently using. I have their water conditioner, chlorine/chloramine remover, bacteria starter, etc. After looking online, I have found that there are some more expensive products, such as Tetra Aqua Safe, but is there a difference in the quality of the product? Or is the price simply due to being a well known brand?
