"Lump/Wart like" on finnage of my Betta akarensis

Some form of "warts" growing on the finnage of my akarensis ....... So far the fish is doing fine ........ But it looks like the wart is spreading to the caudal fins too.

Any ID on the disease and cure would be appreciated.

It does look like fungus to me. Cos anything that is foreign seem fungus to me. Increase temp to 32 deg C and make the water acidic. Cos fungus does not do well in these parameters.
