Hello there, I have had this tank for 3 years and I have no clue what these plants are. Can someone please identify them? Are they dangerous? I did have polyps before but they died. Thanks!
Pic 1: (It's the clear polyp type thing in the middle and they're all over my Live Rock.)
Pic 2: (This is something I have never seen before and they're only on the bridge and sorry my Dog face puffer loves the camera)

(They're hanging on the triangle and square area)
