New to aquascaping need advise

2 feet tank using EVO 18 30W for lights -

1) is the lights enough to grow hairgrass?
2) do not want to use a high light nor do i wan to keep trimming.
3) will consider CO2 but is it really necessary?
4) using eheim 2026

1) Can't comment on LED light.
2) It depend whether you want aquascape or just planted tank. Plants do grow differently in different light condition.
3) as above. Not necessary but it can safe you a lots of problem
4) what is the eheim 2026 flow rate?

950l/hr will use a rainbar drill the holes or lily pipe to lower the pressure.

Co2 is good to have if can afford.... light wise not sure as if planted i will use T5 lights....i never use LED for planted before so cannit help. the flow rates seems a liitle high for 2 feet... but can control so is ok. I suggest you try the light you have first.... after one or two monyhs... see how. then add co2 to see the different.

Oh to add... i normally uses 24watt x 2 T5...
