Hi - my java ferns look stunted - almost like they are having anthritis.
The leaves do not grow straight and curve in funny ways.

They almost look like they aren't growing.

    Has anyone experienced the same?

    Any ideas? suggestions?
    Many thanks!

Hi - sorry did not get the pic.
    My tank's temp is 24 C
    PH is 6.4-6.6

I would have thought that java ferns whatever species would be easy to grow .....everything else grows well except this fern

by the looks of your PH around 6.4 to 6.6, your KH could be low...perhaps around 3 to 4? based on pass experience ferns do better with KH5 at PH level of around 6.7 to 6.8...best at neutral?

Are you dosing your water column with any liquid fert?
