Help ! What is happening to my betta ?

Dear bros,

Can anyone tell what is happening to my young man ? Suddenly when I came home yesterday he was motionless for a moment and panting plus slanting to one side then suddenly he will be full of energy then like motionless again.

But today worst, I just changed 30% water with aged water and he is still like this , not eating and now he seems worsen. He is not even eating now, no signs of dropsy, I am suspecting swim bladder issue, can any kind bro advise me ?

Its definitely not swim bladder issue. I would do another water change and add salt with alot of ketapang extract. Do look out for ich (white spot) or velvet.
I coulnt not spot them from the video posted.

The fins looks clamped and the edges seems to be infected. You might wanna try putting a bit of aquarium salt and KTP extract. Most important is water change everyday will help.
