If you are not getting co2, why don't you try your hand on nana or moss? For fresh plants, you can try capricon at pasir ris fish farm. I am surprised that c328 selection of plants is considered not many plants to you.

for non CO2 injection tank, you might want to try fern species, anubias species, moss species.
No CO2, then you need to prepare alot of patience.
with patience and proper lighting, filtration.. etc you can consider
1. Hygrophila (polysperma, corybomsa and others)
2. Java ferns and other aquatic ferns,
3. Blyxia Japonica
4. Staurogyne repens
5. glosso
6. Echinodorus Quad
7. echinodorus tenullus
8. mosses (java, taiwan, singapore, fissiden.. etc) I think star moss cannot.
9. Echinodorus (sword series, got big got small)
10. pennyworts
11. lotus.. this one.. skeptical. i have them in non CO2 and CO2. both doing Ok.
so many!
I am balding but i am still young!
Hi there,
Please note not to use SMS language in AQ.
If you're not looking to inject co2, you can choose from the list of plants above mentioned by the others.
A carpeting plant that can be grown in low co2 environment is Glossotigma.
I'm quite surprised that C328 does not have much plants, they usually carry a large variety.
It will be good if you know the amount of light and co2 that you will be able to provide, and cater the plants for your tank accordingly. Details of respective plant requirements for light, co2 and nutrients can be found easily online, or in a book published by Tropica, which I came across in Fishy Business.
Another option is to take a read at the low tech non-co2 thread inside the aquascaping forums for the types of plants that they use.
