Crystal Red baby shrimp has a Brain Slug

Recently discovered some parasites on baby shrimps of Crystal red, the shrimp is just a few millimeters long so the Slug looks huge. There are so many baby shrimps inside the tank including female with the eggs, so there is no a chance to catch all the shrimps for the salted spa which may help to release then from the Slugs.

My opinion they are harmful because some shrimps that don’t carrying the slugs are very active and brighter compare to the slugged ones. This one baby shrimp is just 5 mm (showed at the picture) moves a little and usually just sitting on the leaf. All infected shrimps very passive compare to the healthy ones.

Any ideas how to cure the shrimps?
