Cycling my tank and I only have snails in the tank that eat algae. Today I notice very tiny worms/mosquito larva at the bottom of my substrate. I'm using shrimp substrate anyone can tell me what are they or how to get rid

yup they are white. very tiny though i dont really know what they are. sometimes i see them on the glass or floating around
I also had those white tiny worms using shrimp substrate for the first few weeks to months, they will eventually die or get eaten by fishes so don't worry
While mine isn't exactly worms, they look like mini critters that are probably in the plankton family. Seems harmless.
