Fungus on HC

Hi all, I noticed this white fungus growing and spreading. Killing the HC. Any idea how to stop it or what's causing it?

I been through it before. it do kill the plant once it start spreading. cant figure out either fungus or algae. What i did, off the filter, spray diluted H2O2 onto affected area, let it bubbles for few minutes then turn the filter back on. gone for good. have no idea the root caused.
