Which fertilizer to mix together with lush Gro

Hi folks, just wondering what is the best combination of fertilizer for a 2ft tank with Japanese hairgrass and HC? I am trying lush gro with Seachem phosphorous. I thought it would complement well to cover all the necessary nutrients. However for the past 2 months, the growth was not that fantastic.

My set up is as my previous set-up, with 2xT5 7200k lighting, chiller, CO2 tank. Any advice?
