The focus shouldn't be on killing the algae here which you seem all too engulf into. Its growing the plants well that is the biggest issue now. A tank with healthy growing plants does not have much issues with algae. Work on the plant growth and kill off the algae with a 3-5 day blackout. Get a good handle on the CO2 first if you are using it. Work on it such that you get 25-30~35ppm throughout the entire photoperiod all the way and not just at the start of the week. Circulation is a big issue with such a big tank so work on it as well. Get additional powerheads and spraybar to get good lower and mid water level circulation going. Nutrients are fairly easy once the CO2 is well taken care of. Readup on the estimative index method on the nutrients dosing. Don't give up...keep working on it. Main focus is on plant growth.

The relationship between pH and kH is important. It is not about bubble per second. It is all about ppm CO2 level in the water..In example, your bubble counter and needle valve can be faulty. You can never be too sure....
