My cabomba and dwarf Sagattaria occasionally sprout white flowers to the surface
Cheers,

my bacopa caroliniana does, pretty blue ones once the stem gets out of the water![]()
I find that anubias tend to flower quite often in my tanks, usually its after i shift them across to new tanks... maybe the short period out of water and the change in environment signals the plants to flower in preparation for dry season/fluctuating water levels (like in nature as they grow along river banks).

The white flowers in the pictures are from the dwarf Sagattaria
should be able to find easily at most LFS. If you want I have some to spare. Can PM me![]()
Cheers,
JJ

Most Eriocaulons do... but if the flower opens underwater, you might not always get baby plants.

I don't keep them at the moment, but they're not uncommon plants. You can look for Eriocaulon Cinereum either online or in shops
