EHEIM 2213 - Slow flow rate

Two days ago, commission an used Eheim 2213 that was not in use for probably 2 years. It was running fine until this morning, realised that the flow rate had dropped tremedously. Any advice on which are the parts that giving problem and where can i send for repair?

Check the propeller area to see anything stuck at the propeller. Make sure the propeller can be turn smoothly using your finger

Check your inlet, anything bloc king? Check the impeller see if it is broke. You can bring it to QianHu for repair. It is not difficult to repair, just need to purchase the part.
