I have cyclops in my tank before.

There are some pics in this old thread. See if it's the same as yours.

Seed shrimps eat algae and detritus, and also shrimp food too... same things as what your shrimps eat. They are harmless creatures.

The reason why you see a lot of them is probably because there are ample food sources available and conditions are good for your shrimps, which are also good for seed shrimps. In addition, i assume there are no small fishes in the tank? Hence no predators.

Less feeding and more tank cleaning to remove detritus and algae can help reduce their population, though your shrimps will also get less food, so it's not exactly the best option in a shrimp tank.

Chemical treatments which kill invertebrates (like seed shrimps) will also kill shrimps too, so can't do that.

The alternative is to introduce small fishes to eat them up, but those same fishes will most likely also eat shrimplets too, so it's a trade-off (if you don't mind some shrimplet losses).

The last option is to simply live with it, consider the seed shrimps and all the other tiny critters as part of the thriving tank ecosystem.

I guess it's fine since they are harmless. I haven't identify the white worm crawling around yet

If the white worms are thin and thread-like, then they are just detritus worms or nematodes. They also eat debris and leftover food.

If they are fat and slug-like with triangular head, then those are planaria... also relatively harmless but due to their larger size can look quite unsightly.

You can actually manually pick them out of the shrimp tank with a pincettes and then feed them to your small fishes in other tanks, treat them as a source of free live food for the fishes.

No idea, introduced shrimps to a month old tank 4 days ago and two just died over a span of 12 hours from last evening till this morning. Tested the water after the first death and everything was fine. Perhaps just weak shrimps, rotting food that the liquid test can't detect or something else.

Just transfer a few seed shrimps into a separate small tank or container (without any small fishes) and periodically toss in abit of food pellets, over time they will multiply and eventually you could have enough to feed your fishes.

They are incredibly hardy creatures, i used to keep a population of them in a small plastic bottle with some java moss, no water change, just top up water once in a while and drop in some shrimp pellets once a week. The bottle sat next to a window and the seed shrimps thrived and bred like crazy for almost a year (until my housekeeper decided to throw it out during spring cleaning). It was quite facinating to watch them swarm around in their tiny ecosystem.
