The small white dots should be a species of ostracods (aka seed shrimps)... though the larger white one at the right side of the photo seems too large to be a seed shrimp, any close-up macro focused photo of the larger critter?

They are seed shrimps. What u can do now is control your feeding and siphon them out

Arggh.. hate the seed shrimp. Once you have it, it is quite hard to get rid of it 100%. I ever put into rasbora. Also no use. Think you will have to monitor your feeding. Use a feeding plate instead.
Or you use GUSH catchpen. I heard it is quite effective. But i never try before.

Yes, they are tough to remove unless you uses fishes like tetras, well, if you use tetras, they going to eat your shrimps also

No wooty100. did not use any bacteria dose.

yes, I did a research on it too. mostly said can introduce some fish to eat it. but after that they might come back again.
worse case will be like what Stinson said. will have to reset my tank.

thank for all the advice. I will continue to observe and feed less too. hope it will be better.
