A few days ago I noticed little green specks on my fish tank walls and now I am seeing brown spots appearing as well. There are definitely more spots from the time I noticed them a few days ago. What would be the best way to tackle my algae problem? i tried usingscrub pad to crub the wall but it doesn't seem to work at all.And why did it suddenly start now?

Nerites are good, some ramshorn will also add color plus they reproduce like crazy
For GSA issue, use aquarium razor blade and scrub, after that do a 20-30% water change, doze some algaexit. Monitor and control your lighting period, co2 and fert.. etc.
As for livestock, add into some Otos, SAE, nerite snail, etc. I also facing the same issue for my 1 month old tank. Just be patient![]()

Aquascaping = Physics + Chemistry + Art.
Netrite snail don't reproduce in fresh water that's why I suggest using horn netrite snail .
