Which "repens" are you referring to? Staurogyne repens or ludwigia repens?
Anyways, just dose the fertilisers according to the recommended amounts as shown on the bottles, then observe the plant growth and increase the dosages when necessary.
Same for all those plants, good light, nutrients and Co2 will encourage healthy growth.
Mini nana is basically a smaller leaved version of normal nana, same growth requirements. Just try not to blast too much light directly on its leaves as they tend to attract algae more easily. Best if the mini nana are placed in an area with less light or under the shade of taller plants.
