Bright because you need extra lights for your planted tank.. :P
I like to take walks in nature. One of the greatest things I enjoy doing is watching fish in nature. It hit me recently that I can have that in my home (the sense of peace while watching aquatic animals). Being someone who likes to be "non-conformist" (which, in a way, is conformity), I decided to start a shrimp tank. I'm also the kind of person that jumps in both feet first so I would like to make it a planted aquarium (with hardy, low light plants).
I've got the tank and I am slowly acquiring supplies to get it started. I'm really excited about it (so much so that I've had a hard time falling asleep at night as my mind just spins with the possibilities).
Thanks for such an awesome community that I've learned so much from so far!

very impt.
crash my tank because of this.
Yes, before you raise any fish or shrimps, you must first raise a lot of bacteria. Most biginners overlook this.
Remember to treat the bacteria well, and you will be rewarded with good water.
LIFE IS UNBEARABLE WITHOUT A FISH TANK!!!
