Do you rely on sunlight for the plant growth? Cause i don't see any lighting![]()

Thanks haha, yup! It's at my balcony and it faces like direct sunlight in the morning, so I dont see the point of stressing my fishes with a light bar haha. my plants are coming fine too so I guess its ok!
If im not wrong, the right hand side red plant is not truely aquatic

Nice tank (curved front) and also well-designed practical layout... I like.![]()
LIFE IS UNBEARABLE WITHOUT A FISH TANK!!!
What's the red plant on the right?
Thanks for the complements!
Just a quick update, lost a golden and harlequin rasbora.. Saw that they lost an eye, suspect its the tetras causing havoc. So now I'm left with my white clouds and reduced number of rasbora. Am i overstocking though? Anyone can advise?
Think not overstock. But could be tetra stresses due to the lack of numbers of tetras as they are schooling type. Remember reading somewhere recommended number for tetra is 6,not sure if this is the case for you though...
I use aqadvisor to estimate stocking levels
That colorful plant on the right is a croton plant, its a terrestrial house plant and non-aquatic. That plants's sap can be toxic to humans and animals so its highly advisable to remove it from your tank.
You could get a ludwigia to replace those red plants and keep the colour contrast as it is![]()
