Is chiller good for plant growth?

Hi all, I'm contemplating on getting a chiller now or later. My newly set up tank is not ready for its residents. Any friendly advise on weather getting a chiller will help the plants grow faster.

I think it depends on what plants you are planning to grow.
Certain plants grow better in chilled conditions.
